I have tried a second cap (not new) with the same result.
Cooling liquid is blown off around the coolant tank during those events.
Need to get a new cap for test.

Puma engine has sensors that will sense the lack of, or wrong amount of exhaust gas recirculating to the intake.
Any incorrect value of gasses recirculating will fault the engine.
