Thanks for that, ordered new seals last night, should be here tomorrow, so will swap them over and hope for the best.

Have just replaced the clutch in my 2000 90 taking the gearbox and transfer case out also replaced offside outrigger and did a fair bit of welding to the chassis.

It's a 2000 model so doesn't have a cat, but the performance is still poor
