I drove both.
Coils version is a bit more bumpy, I prefer the air.
Also mandatory if you want the tow package (as I did).
On the other hand, it costs money and the coil version is also nice to dr ... |

So I checked and indeed you can remove easily the rear seat base.
Just a few clips, vertical traction and this it it.
Attention - some clips might get loose and there are deep and narrow holes where ... |
