I think D44 sells something similar, and will be experienced in fitting as well in house.

Myself I use two 20L Jerry cans strapped in, in the rear behind interior bulkhead.
Sometimes I only need one.
Iโ€™ve got a white one and a camo one.
Take disposable gloves and paper towels and always been not problem at all to me but not easy for everyone as they can also be considerably heavy.
Blackwolf on here I believe has mentioned this before, 20L has considerable weight to it and the can itโ€™s self. $W33T $0U7H3RN $UG4R

I looked at options for our 90 too and concluded it is somewhat limited... if non-existent
in the end decided to KISS Exclamation

20Lts = 100Miles

I did like the possibility of utilising the space within the Spare Wheel (which I assume is reversed)...

Although for us this is not straight forward...
(projects Wheel and Can further back + additional weight on Carrier)

So the Jerry Can is still the simple low cost route... SKIP

Yes, I have one on mine.

Gives about a 100mile extra range capacity.

Hi,
do you have any pictures you can share? Is the one you installed the DA 4546?

I have a 40lt auxilary tank on my 90 with an extra filler cap next to the drivers door. An electric pump connects it to the main fuel tank inlet pipe.

Can't tell you who provided it as already installed when I purchased the 90.

I knocked up this bracket for 10L containers. 20L are too heavy to get on & off the roof. Maybe 10L containers are low enough for tollways?

Anodised aluminium & 316 stainless hardware.

Apart from 4 x 10L, we also have 2 x 5L in the second spare wheel on the roof.

The whole setup.

(the chainsaw is not ours)

Because they are a maximum of 10L you will actually get the fuel off the roof regularly as they are easy to handle. Visitor - Freelander owner
