“Personal lubricant” works very well. Also on fitting silicon hoses. Just don’t let your wife find you in the garage with it! Roaming around 🇳🇴🇨🇭

I’m going to be looking at a 3” rear section in the near future, as the rear flange is getting a bit ropey on the standard fitment.
It’s still got life in it but not too much longer.

I already have a straight through centre section.
Not really interested in messing with the CAT and down pipe, though I know it could be a further improvement.

I’m thinking of going straight through and no rear silencer either.

So standard downpipe and CAT, standard straight though centre and then open up to 3” straight through rear section.

Does anyone have pics of the 3” tail pipe? Very Happy ⭐️⭐️God Bless the USA 🇬🇧🇺🇸 ⭐️⭐️

C90S..
Iv been straight through for 10 yrs with my 2.2 puma. By that I mean centre box and little tail end silencer off. Not all stainless though, still the original pipe from the DPF back so like you I’ll also be looking for the 3” straight through soon also. Do you have DPF also and when you say “down pipe” do you mean from the DPF or do we need to replace the DPF also? I’m sure DEMAND ENGINEERING have a pic of the 3” end pipe on their website.
Looking at their webpage it appears that they don’t have a 3” down pipe, it is still in development Shocked what’s so difficult about that I wonder?

Courtesy of Gwyn Lewis website here is his 3” tailpipe.
