2011MY 110 Station wagon
UK Registered with full UK V5 in hand and on UK plates which is a 11 registration The build thread from the day I bought it is here :- https://www.defender2.net/forum/topic69616.html ROW spec from West Africa Left Hand Drive Ultra low miles at 29,000 miles only, 2.4 tdci engine which has had a oil and filter service. MT82 manual 6 speed gear box Air Con XS half leather seats x5 Black carpets throughout 16" Genuine twisted alloys with BF Goodrich All terrain tyres External Roll Cage 12 months UK mot fully serviced and ready to go anywhere Does have some marks and dents around and underneath but all solid and rust free and looks good overall as you can see from pics. Its now at the Local LR specialists having the last few niggles sorted
new windscreen new wheel bearings new rear brake discs and pads air con regas new gearbox cross member to replace a dented one new injector copper washers doors and bonnet adjusted to shut smoothly and quietly new LED headlights and front side/indicator lights new screws and clips for various bits of loose trim. good luck with the sale.
I'm a little intrigued with; new gearbox cross member to replace a dented one is that a little ott - getting that replaced? mine is also dented (albeit not too bad) from the blithering useless LR dealership, back in the day when it was under warranty. often thought about replacing it but always thought I was perhaps being overly fussy. 
any idea of approx cost to replace? |

Hi caterham,
It has some dents in it from its previous life in africa, probably high centered mud tracks and Im sort of a perfectionist and it was bugging me so i got a good used one off a breaker for £40 and fitted it at £0 cost IE myself lol.
