Maybe a suggestion to LR for update No4………. When I preheat my Mini it also sets the front seat heaters to the lowest setting. Lovely to sit on a mildly warmed seat in a toasty warm cabin. I didn’t pay the extra for the heated steering wheel because I found in my Countryman PHEV that I hardly ever used it on cold days as the interior was so toasty warm - only if the car was plugged into a charger, unlike the Electric Mini which will precondition the cabin if there enough juice in the battery regardless of whether or not it is plugged in. I actually turned off the "hey pivi" voice activation as it was just constantly popping up when people are talking in the car, it also appears to be triggered by song lyrics when listening to music and nobody is speaking in the car  Cheers Ian

Yep, I had to do the same but because my 7 year old great nephew had learned the phrase that starts her up after I made a phone call using the system……… it does seem to be very sensitive to sound alike phrases and song lyrics. I thought I might try making the trigger phrase something with a profanity in it as they generally doesn’t come up a lot in conversation or song lyrics but maybe she has deaf ears when it comes to swearing at her! That's exactly what I did, except I swear at her in Italian. She wakes up when I yell "Hey stronza!" and so far it seems to work very well, unique enough with no accidental triggering. My wife and kids have heard that word uttered from my mouth many times before, but still aren't sure what it means, so everyone's happy.
