you'll need an ISO adapter cable which costs about 10 bucks from MUD, and to relocate some switches. Martin sells the switch extensions in the shop here, or if you're handy with soldering you can extend them yourself (which is what I did) Roaming around 🇳🇴🇨🇭

+1 for the JVC and mudstuff kit.

I'd like to add that if you want the JVC unit to dim with your dash light, you need to add a pin to the adapter cable they sell. It needs to be connected to the dash illumination feed. I went and got the pin and wire (orange in the photos) from a local car stereo shop. They had a bunch laying around.

I think he means the head unit lights dim when the dash lights come on. Darren

When I said the "JVC unit to dim with your dash light", I meant exactly what I said. The unit will dim when you turn on your dash lights. Most people should understand it especially if they drive a defender. Just like LandRoverAnorak did. So spare me the sarcasm please. Cool
