Once you have uploaded your picture, return to your album, hover your cursor over the lower part of the picture and a little box etc will come up, click on the little box directly under your picture and click the bottom line where it says IMG (it will say copied!) then just left click in your Defender post, right click to show paste then left click to paste image Thumbs Up
