I’ve cut the 4 seals from 2mm rubber sheet using the card seals as a template, worked perfectly.

EPDM flat roofing rubber offcuts work a treat. If you are after some just ask at your local roofing or building supplies.

I've also used rubber sheet to make gaskets. I used 1mm thick though as I'd tried 2mm on my previous 90 and whilst they worked, they did bulge out around the edges quite a bit.

Got any left over? Mine is collecting water now - it must be the only thing on it I haven't covered in silicone.

Turns out the seals were fine. The idiot that installed the blocks forgot to tighten up the top bolt...
