Which intercooler?
I am intending to install an improved intercooler on my 2.4TDCI. There are a number of different ones available, and, to help me select the right one, I would be interested to know of preferences or drawbacks with those on the market. Any thoughts on the subject?

When mine does eventually fail, I’ll replace with BAS. Pete’s customer service alone warrants the purchase.

I’ve got an AlliSport one in my Td5. Lovely bit of kit. I know a few people have complained of AlliSport intercoolers splitting, but there was a run of them where their supplier supplied substandard materials. They have a lifetime warranty and will sort you out quickly. I’ve bought several things from them and have always had good communication and service. Charlie

I just put a BAS HI-Flow on mine. A really nice bit of kit, especially as it’s black. Black intercoolers matter.
