Sorry to hear that. Maybe a short in the rear doors‘ wiring; the flexible part between door and B post?
They‘re directly connected to the ALM/AS10 with no fuses so could burn the ECU. |

Are you sure that you need new alarm ECU? First try to remove the current one and look for burnt parts. "Drobek" = The Small One - Discovery 2, "Blufínek" = The Blue Thing - Defender 130, and for me at least Ford Mondeo
