With the nylon spacers I made, the seat goes back to the bulkhead. It wouldn't make any difference if I'd bought new rails, it couldn't go any futher back. Mine is a 110 van though.

I like that, although more as a well crafted leg bruising device. Two years ago I had my steel seat box corners (simple black flight case corners) exchanged to these Britpart plastic ones simply because plastic hurts much less than metal. I think you will learn to hate these riser guards whilst wearing shorts.
I use the Nakatanenga (definitely need a spell checker entry for that @#$%& name) risers since day one, they just work.
