Where are you planning to export to?
When we moved to Aus we took 2 90's with us. However, they were personal imports, so all we had to do was get a Road worthy (like an MOT but not as strict). Regards Ivan |

Hi
You will need to contact Jaguar land Rover customer care direct and order it via them, if it’s available for you vehicle. Ordered one about six months ago and paid £100 for it. |

Dependent upon year a CoC May not be available for your vehicle. Not sure when they started to have such things but they definitely aren't available for 1984 model year. It is not a Defender, it is a One_Ten

The EU introduced Certificates of Conformity on 1st January 1993 so you've no chance if it's a pre '93 vehicle. Defender 90XS SW

Absolutely no problem from JLR, they charge £100 for a CoC, and a "Date of Build letter" for £30. A month or so ago I returned the form they sent me with copies of the V5, dealer's invoice and my Driving Licence, together with photos of VIN Plate showing the vehicle weights, the VIN stamped to the chassis, the VIN at the windscreen and “a clear photo of the Vehicle showing the steering wheel (to prove LHD or RHD, mine’s LHD)".
I got the CoC back within a week. Peter |
