Right, I’ve calmed down a bit now. Is this something that anyone else has ever done, or is this a first? I need to figure a way to bend it back without damaging anything else in the process. 2007 110 TDCi Station Wagon XS

Same thing happened to me on the passenger side I noticed paint flaking off on the bonnet we've been touching the wing I wonder what it was until I noticed a little bit of a gap behind the hinge

Bluest I don’t have the bent hinge, it was fatboyron. I changed my hinges for Optimill ones. 2015 HT XS 90

Are your bushes in the wrong way round? (The cut out is offset) they do look a little tired anyway |

Jubilations! I fixed it. Fortunately, the brake servo mounting structure, where the chassis plate is, is a pretty solid piece. So I levered off there. Had to put a bar in the hinge so it sort of rolled round it. All back where it should be now.
