Fridge not included!
I have for sale the expedition kit that i had in my Defender before i sold it, I had kept it to put in my Series but seems a shame as it won't get used to its full potential. It came from MetallicsUK - http://www.metallicsuk.com/aluminium-boxes I will confirm sizes but you can see it fitted into my old 110 below for an idea. The boxes both have matching locks and the tub box has the optional full length hinge, gas strut and waterproof seal fitted. I have several keys for them The tray was designed for the Waeco CDF-25 fridge but can be used for other things has it has quite deep sides The whole lot cost around £500 originally as few people would make everything custom to fit without taking up too much room because i wanted to keep 2 seats as well. All in excellent condition £200 collection from Essex Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge 2001 TD5 110 County Station Wagon - sold 1970 Series 2A Station Wagon 1970 Series 2A hard top 1960 Series 2 1972 Series 3 Last edited by TD5_dan on 11th Apr 2018 8:51am. I’m always amused at folk who own what is essentially an expedition/adventure vehicle and they won’t do a few hours drive to buy & collect some gear My confidence has been writing cheques that my abilities can't cash for years.

I'd of happily travel to your neck of the woods (edinurgh) but I would rather stick pins in my eyes than travel south of Manchester. It took me 90 minutes to do 4 miles yesterday in Manchester. |

Well as it turns out i did end up selling the fridge separately was difficult to find someone who wanted the whole package. I am now just selling all the boxes and the tray which will obviously take that fridge or anything else it maybe used for as it does have quite deep sides. After £200 for all the storage system. Thanks. 2001 TD5 110 County Station Wagon - sold

If I leave work after 5 pm during weekdays I have that every night in Manchester! It can take me as long to join the start of the M56 from the city centre a distance of about five miles than it does to drive the M56 A56 to mid-Wales For those who like Welsh Mountains and narrow boats have a look at my videos and photos at.. http://www.youtube.com/user/conwy1 |

Thanks Marc, sorry I didn’t get to meet you but glad you are happy with it. You are officially the person who has travelled the furthest to collect something from me. Top bloke who didn’t mess me about at all so thanks for an easy sale. I have to admit travelling around the UK especially the south east is not fun! All the best Dan.

Hi, Not sure if you have sold yet or still have them, but I am interested in the steel boxes. Also live in Essex so hopefully not too far. Please let me know if they are still available? Thanks!
