Maybe a solution for the fuel pump, either rebuild or replace..

http://sucarb.co.uk/su-fuel-pumps-spares/s...-kits.html

Radiator cap...buy new instead of dodgy old one...

Ebay eBay Item No. 162587501240

As you are aware D lights are available as reproductions but worth going to Autojumbles etc. to find oe ones.

And you were talking of Hens teeth....Air Filter - Prefilter is a Hens Teeth tooth brush... But there is Avery similar reproduction available!

The reproduction "D" lights are from Australia, very good quality.

Shop around for the pump, prices vary wildly between suppliers,
Try and go for the pointless ones, they give no trouble like the older ones.

I've had 2 brand new ones from EBay in the last year, both were under £70, which is much cheaper than most places,
Look under Morris minor/ Mini etc when searching for parts,
Because as soon as it's got a series 1 Land Rover In the listing, the price goes up by 30%!

Good luck with the rest Wink 80" 80" 86" 88" 90"

Ahh slight problem there then. Roof mounted fuel tank ? gravity feed very effective on bikes, been there done that on the A27 late one night when mine packed in on the way home.

All seriousness apart, no promises but I think there may be one lurking in my deceased Fathers workshop, it is not a S1 Land Rover but a Rover P2 T12 one the same but Neg earth and it has copper pipe unions not banjo ones. I have not been to see Mum in a few weeks, bad me !!, so I will try and pop in a see what is in the "Rover" draws along with the spiders and the Ivy growing everywhere. If everything is under control you are not going fast enough.

For the pre cleaner, they are the same as on some old Massey Ferguson Tractors. They are hard to find second hand and when they do come up they are quite expensive, the last one I found was at an Autojumble several years ago for £30, now original ones make much more.

An alternative is the Tractor suppliers on Ebay, there are a couple of types but one of the suppliers seems to sell one which looks to me like a good copy of the original.

Hi there, as I said I would I checked Dad's workshop can't find any su pumps, I did find various cam shaft bearings, rockers, valves ect for the old overhead and sidevalve, loads off diff and hub bearings and even an old set of ralco steering bushes. If everything is under control you are not going fast enough.

Everything on your list is avalible to buy from any series parts supplier, all bar the pre filter.
They do pop up on EBay every now and then,
But you will pay a premium for a genuine one.

I've got a few pumps on the shelf, but the older points controlled ones are really not worth messing about with now.
the new ones are far superior.

D lamps, tricky to find good originals now, especially ones with the bar,
Again, very good repros avalible from "Charlieccu" on EBay,

Rad Cap here.......(cheaper ones are available)

With 80" parts it's just a waiting game now,
Watch EBay on Sunday nights, that's when we all list parts!

It took me well over a year to get everything I needed for DSV, so I could make a start.
If that's all your missing, I would say your quite lucky! Thumbs Up 80" 80" 86" 88" 90"

It needs a couple of correct engine breathers too, I think.
