Wales 2007 Defender 90 Other CSW Trident Green
Hot Hot Hot.
Hot Hot Hot.

I like heat and sunshine especially when I am on the beach, but the last few days temperatures have floored me.

Today I decided to do some service work on my Caravan and wow the heat reflecting off the white bodywork was like working in front of a hot air blaster. In the end the heat became to much and I had to give up otherwise I would have proably passed out.

Also trying to sleep over the last few nights has been a nightmare
I never thought I would hear myself saying this but I will be glad when it gets a bit cooler. For those who like Welsh Mountains and narrow boats have a look at my videos and photos at..

Summer Time, enjoy.... Cool

I laughed at the weekend, my dad wanted to help with some hedge cutting,
I told him that it was too hot for that, but he came round anyway.

10 mins later he's looking like he's going to pass out!
I told him it can wait until it cools down, what's the point of trying to do it in 30 degree heat that us Brits are not used to?
Told him to go home, sit in the shade with a drink and enjoy it! Laughing 80" 80" 86" 88" 90"

Wanted, Forward Control Anything considered.

Over lunch I played Tennis.... It was rather warm Shocked Shocked

5 aside tomorrow, that's usually worse on the 3G pitch (the rubber 'grass retains the heat)

Enjoy it though it will be gone soon and we will be moaning about the rain / wind / cold
Thumbs Up

The temperature has dropped 10° from 34° to 24° this morning, the dogs are enjoying it but it feels freezing Neutral I started with nothing and still have most of it left!

Well it is wonderful here in the North of North Yorkshire, full black cloud cover its that bad we need the house lights on to stop walking into the furniture. Don't make old people mad.
We don't like being old in the first place,
so it doesn't take much to Censored us off.

So you think you were hot?

Yesterday was the day chosen by the boiler engineer to install our new central heating boiler (the old one lasted 16 years).

He had to run the heating up to full heat to test the system.

It leaked, so he drained it and after lunch ran the radiators up hot again.

On the hottest day of the year in Essex, our house had the central heating on full!

Absolutely unbearable. Big Cry

I will never complain about Winter again!!!

I've just come from mid winter New Zealand to work outdoors in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan. Not coping! 40+ is regular here. Turns out keeping hydrated is almost a full time job. Shocked

Local tactic is to cover up completely, even head/face. I just can't fathom it myself. Solved the bowel problem, working on the consonants...
