Rubber seals in driver's seat box
Hi all,

I just had a look underneath the driver's seat in my 90. There are two cut-outs on the transmission tunnel side of the seat box that wires pass through into the seat box. One of these has a rubber 'boot' with a collar around the wires. In mine, the other hole next to it is just a hole that I can see daylight through, with a bundle of wires going through it. I think I can see the end of the rubber seal, which seems to have been pushed through the hole somehow (can't see clearly as it's getting dark). Presumably I can just pull it back through and locate it onto the raised lip around the hole? I don;t know how it got pushed through there in the first place!

Cheers!

Yep you'll find alsorts of holes, push the grommet back in and seal it in with something akin to silicon, if you put a bright light under the car you'll see plenty of holes usually Original Member Pie n Pea Club.

Thanks - I'll have a fiddle with it tomorrow and get it back where it should be!
