Well Nobby, the Defender is "special" in so many ways, so you'll probably miss it for a while.
But you obviously have your own reason for selling, and for sure there are many other interesting cars/projects out there. So I wish you well in your journey to what comes next. Pickles. |

Nobby, you can take comfort in the fact that many, probably most of us have had to say goodbye to our beloved vehicles. I still think about the vehicles I sold and maybe shouldn't have. A 300 Tdi 90, a Morgan four seater, a Citroen 2CV and an Allis Chalmers vintage tractor have all gone but I still have the photos and the memories. Circumstances and preferences constantly change, you have to go with what you feel at the time. Good luck and if you keep dipping into the forum you may be back driving a Defender at some time in the future. Defender 90XS SW
