If you use the search tool on the forum it will list alot of threads with different suggestions for security, varying from some very simple to some complex. Various layers is considered the best way.
Adrenaline Pedal lock or similiar Removable steering wheel Lock to go onto the steering wheel boss having removed the steering wheel Battery isolation switch Tracker systems There are lots and lots of different security measures you can take. I am thinking steering wheel lock as its visual had a walk round and out of 10 plus Defender only one had one

In your situation I would definitely have some obvious physical security including a steering wheel lock and a pedal lock. A couple of minutes to fit them is irrelevant for you.

I have the Disklok and that is probably the most popular for Defenders.
I also have an 'Ardcase pedal lock but its fair to say that there are a couple of other popular ones as well  A search would bring up plenty of threads. |
