It would be nicest to have them all the same, but I wouldn't be too concerned for short term use, like a space saver. I'm pretty sure you can use the alloy wheel nuts on a steel wheel but I'm pretty sure you can't the other way about.
That said it's not going to save you that much cash is it? |

WHY ? D1 wheels are a pig to seat tyres on, and due the their age will more than likely be showing age on the inner seat bed.

I used to run steel wheels in winter and alloys in summer. Cheaper to run two sets of wheels than to pay for having the tyres switched twice a year.
I just left an alloy as a spare all year round. Under a wheel cover, I can't see that it makes any difference. Just don't forget to carry some compatible wheel nuts in case you do need to use the spare! |

The Disco steel rim is compatible with cars fitted with alloys on the road wheels. The wheel nuts for the alloys have a taper on the end of them so they can be used for the steel spare. If in doubt do a check with your wheel & nuts to be certain. I have two sets of tyres on identical Disco Freestyle alloys & a single spare on a disco steel rim for my 90.
