Hello

I used silent coat 2mm deadening, only done the two front doors not the rear or passenger ones yet. (mines a 110)

1 bulb pack covers a huge area, biggest difference is the doors (sound much less like a tin can)

Then the seat boxes make a big difference

Sorry not sure how many sheets but not many for the doors, maybe 3 sheets each door?

How did you get it behind there? I'm assuming fit it in then remove the backing tape stuff in situ?

Ordered these can't wait to install them, hate the sound of the door when it shuts and want more noise insulation. 2016 Defender 90 Adventure Edition

Hello

The silent coat is easy to work with Smile

I removed the backing sheet and then you can move it into place before you actually push it down. I used a decorating roller for that part. Its tacky but until you push it down it allows movement.
