Hi Guys,
My brake warning light came on this morning on the way to work. I stopped where I could and had a nose around underneath and none of the lines are damp or showing any signs of leaks and it stops in a straight line very well. I suspect the Cap is at fault however it is due for MOT and Service next week where the brake fluid should all be changed. I don't want it to fail on a brake warning light just coming on for no reason so other than the cap what else could it be? What condition are the two wires that go into the cap? Ray

Think Ii have solved it,
One of the spade connectors had disintegrated and the float looks a bit suspect. Will change connector and give the float a clean along with some new fluid so hopefully will solve it Thanks as always for the replies ![]() Self confessed mileage hunter ![]() |
