GUM97 in LROI mag
Just saw your article/column in this months issue, looking good! Changed a lot since a scruffy white van hasn't it!

Is there a build thread on here somewhere I've not seen? Cheers, David

Gum, I've just read your "resoration" thread,....FANTASTIC.
I wish I had the skills to do something like that, but I just don't have the aptitude or the knowledge.
How you can pull something absolutely to bits, and then put it all back together must be very satisfying, and you've now got a better than new Defender to boot.
Has the previous owner seen what you've done?...He simply won't believe it's the same vehicle.
Well Done, Pickles

Thanks for the comments guys! It's certainly been a labour of love lets put it that way! I'm already planning the next project...

Pickles- I met the previous owner a couple of months back completely by accident when I was up that way with family, and he was very surprised with the end result!

Thumbs Up

Great read Gum,

Without having been pointed at it I would never have realised how much blood, sweat and tears have probably gone into that truck of yours.

Satisfying result.......Well done..... Thumbs Up If you go through life with your head in the sand....all people will see is an ar5e!!
