Test the lights on a small battery to check they work I.e. A 9v after that reverse the polarity and try that.
If none of that works something's up with the lights.. ⭐️⭐️God Bless the USA 🇬🇧🇺🇸 ⭐️⭐️ |

If swapping wires round does not work, lights are faulty, but more than likely swap round... LEDs require correct specific inputs. 1998 110 300Tdi White Hard Top

Tried swapping the wires around on the sidelight and it worked fine.
It looks like i'll have to change them over on EVERY unit including all the indicators. Real PITA. |

That shouldn't normally be the case, the RDX ones I recently fitted on mine matched every wire colour.
It's either the lights wires have incorrect polarity or the LR does but most likely the lights. LED's are polarity sensitive so unlike a standard incandescent light bulb power can only pass through one way. If I was you if you have one get the multimeter out and set it to voltage if you have one, then turn the sidelights on and eart the Neg probe and check where there is power with the positive probe. It should be the red or corresponding power wire that is live, if it's not then it's the LR that has wrong polarity hence the incandescent bulbs working. You could then quickly rule that out and blame the lights. ⭐️⭐️God Bless the USA 🇬🇧🇺🇸 ⭐️⭐️ |

Wish i'd found that video before my "helpful mate" had cut the wires to change the polarity!
