Eventually the EGR will flag faults and turn on the MIL, not so bad if it's stuck closed but will still need sorting. But if it's stuck open then it will need changing ASAP IMO. ⭐️⭐️God Bless the USA 🇬🇧🇺🇸 ⭐️⭐️

After 600 km once again I have limp mode with no dtc or mil on Sad . I turned off and on the engine and everything is working good again. What is wrong with this engine? If I had money I'll burn my car into the dealer Twisted Evil .
Anyone with the same problem?

Yes I know but could it be related to the wiring (bullettin TB00254)?

No never had that DTC. What is the full DTC code, as P2562 also has 4 sub codes to narrow down the reason for the DTC being logged, P2562-34, -35, -36, -37.

If we look at the first DTC below it would suggest a wiring fault or a modulator issue and as a faulty modulator means a new turbo I would be checking the loom with a decent DMM for resistance values first.

P2562-34 Turbocharger boost control position sensor A circuit - signal high time less than minimum.

Reason for DTC : Turbocharger boost control position sensor A circuit: short circuit to ground, Turbocharger boost control position sensor A circuit: open circuit or a Turbocharger Modulator fault.

HTH.

Post up the full DTC code as that will give more info.

Thank You Lorryman100, but I'm able to read P2562 only with my Scangouge II. I'm worry because I guess the dealer will want to replace turbocharger Sad . I have to fight. I accept any suggests.

I cleaned turbo's actuator connection with contact cleaner and now I have limp mode permanently Neutral . Do You think that it is an indication of an harness fault?

It could be indicative of a harness fault because you unplugged it and moved the loom to allow you to spray the plug? The only way to really tell would be to hook up a diagnostic tool and do a live data session to see what was happening in real time. The tool would also give you a complete DTC code to investigate further as I would then use my Pico scope on the modulator loom to check for shorts/ outputs etc. Out of curiosity did you check that the MAP sensor was clean, as your EGR is not disabled by software?

I cleaned the MAP too. What happens to the engine is spot and random loss of boost with loss of power with black smooke and than limp mode.
