Hi David,
no, the interior as well as the Roof was made by a Company in Germany that specialised in Defenders for Expedition. Have a look on their Homepage at www.ex-tec.de I did minor work on my Defender as mounting accesories, servicing and Little metal works. |

Looks like they know what they're doing! Fantastic truck!
I'm sure if you ever wanted to sell it, about 50% of the people on here would bite your hand off! Cheers, David Land Rovers of all shapes S3 onwards… Daily is a 110 V8. |

Oh yeah, sorry Phil! I forgot English isn't your first language, so perfect was your use of it!
Du hast ein schönes Land Rover, Phil, und ich kann kein mehr Deutsch sprechen! (Entshuldigung für die Grammatik!) Cheers, David Land Rovers of all shapes S3 onwards… Daily is a 110 V8. |

Hi Pickles,
yes, it is a fine lttle Company that has personal ideas and developps and produces all the staff themselves. They travel once a year on the african continent to test their parts. On top they are very friendly and have a good Service I am quite a bit jaleous about the fact you live in Australia - i hope i`ll be able to visit your beautifull Country once in my life |

Thanks, Yes it is a great Country, lots of open spaces..."The Bush", we call it. However, I've seen plenty of images of Germany, & whilst it's different to Australia, there's a lot of history there.
My wife's father was German, so we have a bit of connection! Cheers, Pickles. |

My wife (fortunately) and me we both sleep well in the Landy.
The first trip we did after i gave the car to be transformed from a SW to ist actual state in 2009, was a trip back to ist roots: 3 wonderfull weeks in UK - we had a fine time The only Thing i was disapointed from, was the fact that i could not visit the LR factory in Solihull |
