OK, New pump picked up from local dealer:-

Just a quick update to say that after a 250miles tri, no further oil leaks under the bonnet - Looks like the brake servo unit was the issue Cheers,

. I was wondering where that light spray of oil on the bonnet was coming from and now I know...
Is it difficult to replace the pump yourself if you're not a qualified mechanic? Looks like I'll have a whole new Defender at this rate, part by part. |
