PAS Woes
I pulled in at Strensham services on the M5 yesterday, whilst driving home from Dumfries, to have a drink, etc.
Anyway, when I restarted the 110, and went to drive off, it was quite clear that the PAS wasn't working.
I popped up the bonnet to check the fluid levels & all seemed okay.
So I had to drive all the way to Devizes, to drop off my mate & his quad bike + trailer, without it.
I then carried on driving on towards Bath & it started working again when I was a couple of miles from home!!!
Has anybody else ever had this happen? '57 Defender 110 XS Station Wagon 2.4tdci

Without any noise or broken belts etc, I can only think you've had a pressure relief valve stuck open, might be worth draining / flushing the system and checking for debris...
