waxoil and new badge
this is what this weekend has brought saturday full chassi underseal every single nook and cranny has been sprayed Shocked and then fitted the new old school badge. then had some rusty bolts on back hinges and rear crossmember so got new ones and coated them up so they wont rust Thumbs Up

Nice badge, riveted I see. I received the same one last week from that very same supplier. Will be installed shortly. I am thinking of using SS screws and bolts to do this, as a bit scared rivets will get rusty as they sometimes do...

Waxoil looks great Thumbs Up When can I bring mine over for this Question Whistle You never actually own a Defender. You merely look after it for the next generation.

when you drill the panels mate paint the holes you have drilled then use something like wax oil/ or copper slip etc that way theres no way it can corrode Thumbs Up and yer the qt guards had a clean up kona as they were fully wax oiled Rolling with laughter

i left them on so had to get behind the guards to the axle so they got covered was gunna leave em black but thought they look nicer left gold Thumbs Up

try and avoid them if not i cleaned the worst off and the rest burns off on the way home dont smell to good on the driveway now though Laughing
