Normal clutch issues, what do I say?

I have juddery drive and poor gear selection on my Landy, have done since I've had it but it's getting worse and the warrantys on the horizon so I want to get it sorted, I have the service bulletin relating to the problem saved but I'm not 100% my 90 qualifies because I don't have the rattle that it states aswell. Only noise i have is when you take it out of gear and release the clutch you get a 'clunk'. Plus mine is an 09 model wasn't the problem supposed to be sorted by then so will they tell me it's got the new type?
Last time I took it back I just had 'its a land rover, they do that'

Bottom line is if it's juddering with poor selection they need to sort it, don't let them fob you off

Check on the forum for understanding dealers that are more helpful from ppls experience and see if they're close by to you. Secondly I'd keep a record of the complaint you gave them. As when they issue the job card they have to write your complaint and date will be on it as well, if you unfortunately don't get it sorted within warranty period you could stilll battle that you put in a complaint and it hasn't been sorted

Sounds just like the problem on the older models which the dealers know about and have a kit to sort out. Don't take 'no' for an answer and threaten to go over their heads if they prevaricate.
