235.85R16 and 265.74R16 are both pretty much the same as 750.

a td5 will pull the gearing fine with 285's. not sure about a 300 110. a puma has a lower first gear so again i can't see any issues

I've got the Insa Turbo Dakkars on mine in 265/75 16, while they're not to bad on the road handling wise just be aware that it's like having a set of military bar grips on for noise Even though it doesn't bother me too much I am aware that I have to turn up the radio a fair bit and it still doesn't drown out the drone

I am running 285/75x16 KL71s on my Puma 110 with no issues. The speedo is spot on measured with a Robic (home office approved) device, and I usually pull away from rest in 2nd.
