Tdv6 gearbox question
Does anyone know If a 4speed auto box will fit on the back of a tdv6 with a adaptor plate also will it take the power of a tdv6 ?

Regards steve 2015 2.2 tdci hardtop xs
3.2 conversion DONE 238bhp and 707nm torque and thats just the start ;-P
hybrid turbo in build -done ready to fit
ashcroft atb in transfer box
6 speed auto in build

Pretty certain je engineering are using Ashcroft built zf 4speeds on their tdv6 conversions

yes ashcrofts build a monster box for a td5 that will handle the torque but a better bet is to get a 6 spped auto out of a tdv6 running on mega shift http://www.msgpio.com/forums/viewforum.php?f=4 when thats cracked the door will be open for 6 speed auto tdv6 conversions Thumbs Up

The HP22 and HP24 auto box does fit with an adapter plate Simtek have one fitted to a TDV6.
