FS: bits - Td5 engine parts, Defender gearbox, etc etc
Hi all,

I'm having a clearout of all my LR bits - first dibs to Defender2 members before it goes on other forums - list is as follows (click links for pics):

  • Td5 inlet and exhaust manifolds - £35 each EXHAUST RESERVED
  • Td5 cast engine mounts (not the rubber/hydraulic units) - £5 each
  • Td5 water pump 1999 - £20
  • Td5 viscous fan 1999 - £20
  • Td5 sump new in 2002 - £40
  • Td5 fuel cooler 1999 - £40
  • Disco2 Td5 header tank, coolant pipes and thermostat 1999 - £20 will split
  • ... any other bits you need from a 1999 Td5 short engine with damaged crank and block Sad
  • Defender Tdi intercooler - very good condition £20
  • Defender LT77 gearbox and LT230 transfer box from 1988 TD - serial number 50..E. £75
  • TD (fits all pre-Tdi engines) header tank with cap - fair cosmetic condition (peeling paint), no leaks £10
  • TD fan cowl - good condition £10
  • TD radiator - good condition, spiders not included Wink Since cleaned - £15
  • 5x standard 90 wheels on a mixture of 205/16 tyres with reasonable tread left, from 1988 hardtop, usual surface rust patches etc. £20
  • Defender Td5 transfer box £100


Open to offers (silly or otherwise) on all items Mr. Green

Big parts (wheels, gearboxes) are collection only from South Warwickshire or may deliver for fuel costs if agreed Smile
Smaller parts can be posted/shipped or collected from South Warwickshire or Hove, East Sussex.  1988 90 Td5 NAS soft top

Interested in the PAS pump. how much?

What's mullered on the block? don't suppose you've got a 10P head and cam holding frame have ya?

£50 + post for the PAS pump?

I don't have the head or cam carrier any more - sold to Ratty a while ago - sorry.

The crank ran a bearing on #2 cylinder, scoring the bore Sad
