AFN Back for Longshanks
Just got back from Damm's 4x4 in Holland after picking up the new AFN back for Longshanks.

I will be spending the next few months integrating the cab and rear load area, and kitting the vehicle out for work and overland use etc etc.

Similar to J-Lo

Integrate the cab into the rear.
On board water, air and 240/110v electric.
Suspension up grade and lift.
Rock/Tree sliders.
Front winch and winch bumper.
Sound proofing.
ICE upgrade.
Front prop-shaft up grade to a double cardan.
Rear mount spare wheel carrier.
Storage shelving.
Interior lighting.
2nd row seat alteration to allow more of a lean to the back support.

To list but a few mods Thumbs Up

Very nice!

Any chance that when you do the roof mods and mods to combine the cab and tub you could post some more photos of how you do it?

With J-Lo, did you modify the DC roof or replace it with a cut-down non-DC roof? Presumably you took out the whole of the rear cab upper panel (windows etc) and fabricated the new "C"-post parts from scratch?

Thanks Thumbs Up

I removed and sold the DC roof and rear panel with windows. As I will be with this one.

The roof was replaced with a cut down 90 roof and yes I fabricated new C pillars using 90 van side panels.

Aha, I thought that might be the case! Thanks.

I wish I had the spare cash to buy J-Lo. Seldom if ever has a vehicle taken my fancy as much as that!
